This may include the type of ceremony such as religious, civil ceremony or cultural additions of importance. Special inclusions such as readings, musical performances.
Location photos
Please provide a list of locations for photography with full addresses. We recommend 2-3 locations depending on time restrictions. To help you plan, we suggest at least 30-40 mins at each location. Please also consider travel time between locations if they are in different areas. We plan a scope out of locations before we start shooting to help things run extra smoothly!
If so, please detail. This may be an inside option that can work well for location photos in torrential rain. We are skilled at working with rainy conditions but having a back up location is an excellent idea.
Reception

This may include the style/design of the reception, decorative elements, special or unique inclusions from loved ones, any cultural additions.
Please include a brief list of who will be speaking at your wedding.
If you have coverage until the end of the night (i.e 12 hours coverage) please include farewell details.
This may include a farewell circle, a sparkler exit. Please include how you will be exiting from your reception (in a car, on foot).
Extra important people
Please list names
Please list the names + mobile number of the 'go to' people on the day. These people are often the Best Man and Maid of Honour or close family/friends. They will be 'in the know' in case we need to contact them on the day and usually know who's who. This means you can relax and enjoy your day! If you have hired a wedding coordinator who will be there on the day, please list them too.
Family/close friends photos
Having a delegated 'organiser' from each of the bride/groom's side or a person(s) who knows who's who is super helpful to corral the guests for group photos. Please give them a list of the family photos, we will have one on the day too! The family photos 'organiser' might also be the 'go to' person(s) listed above.
