Yes, of course! Allowing us to connect on a deeper, more meaningful level, we’ll organise a pre-wedding meetup alongside ongoing, unlimited planning support throughout your experience.

You can expect to receive your wedding videos within 10-13 weeks of your wedding day.

We’re based in Newcastle, NSW, and love to travel anywhere and everywhere to celebrate by your side!

We love to travel near & far. If your wedding is within 1.5 hours drive of Newcastle, then there is no travel costs. If you’re wedding is further away, we’ll discuss a light travel cost with you additional to your package.

If you’re asking this question, there’s a high probability you've been to a wedding where the couple disappeared for a few hours or you just want maximum eating/drinking/mingling/dancing time. Maybe you're nervous about having your photo taken. Rest assured we are on the same page!

Apart from knowing how to wave a camera around, we’re experts in creating a comfortable space, where the amazing you comes out. What matters most is your experience. Amazing photos/video are always going to happen - if you do you.

We recommend you put aside about 50mins (20 mins for your I-Do-Crew + 25 mins for just you two). We often split this into mini sessions through out the day, so you can get time with everyone you love, while we capture all those candid moments of joy.

We'll build a timeline together that based on what's important to you both.

We work with you to plan your day. We have a ‘wedding details form’ which we will send to you a few months before the big day, which we use to create our own run sheet. We will double check these details with you leading up to the day so nothing is lost and brief our team accordingly. We are happy to receive any run sheets you create of the wedding day too, or any special details you want us to know about.

You will always get either Matt or Katy (the directors) as your main shooter. Katy or Matt will also be your main point of contact from the very beginning through to crying happy tears on your couch while you relive your day.(You crying on your couch...unless you've specifically invited us to your couch...then we'll be there too)

We also work closely with our team of 2nd shooters who have shot many weddings with us. We also think they're legends to hang out with, so if you like us, you'll think they're awesome.
